Ten years, one Bismarck practice.
Alpha Chiropractic, PC has been upstairs at the Boulder Ridge Office Park for ten years, and it has stayed family owned the whole time. Dr. Matt treats every patient the way he would treat one of his own family members, and the office serves Bismarck, Mandan, and the rest of central North Dakota.
There is free Wi-Fi in the waiting room. No X-rays are taken on site, if you need imaging you get referred out for it. The office asks for at least 24 hours notice if a plan changes, so the time can go to someone else.
Family owned, ten years running
No corporate chain behind it. Dr. Matt owns the practice and runs it himself, with the same small staff patients see visit after visit.

Most patients drive in from Bismarck or Mandan, but the office sees people from across central North Dakota.
In-network, and a plan for everyone else
Most major insurance is in-network, and the office files the claims. Reduced-rate self-funded plans exist for high deductibles, high co-pays, or no coverage at all.
Dr. Matt Franck, DC
Raised on a cattle farm, still in Bismarck.
Dr. Matt was born in Bismarck and raised on a cattle farm outside Cresbard, South Dakota, a town of about 100 people. He is the older of two brothers, and he grew up playing baseball, basketball, and football. High school was Northwestern, in Mellette, South Dakota.
He came back to Bismarck for the University of Mary, where he majored in Exercise Science and played baseball for the Marauders. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota, and he is also certified to conduct DOT physical exams for commercial drivers.
He lives in north Bismarck now with his wife and their three kids. Outside the office, it is golfing, grilling, lawn care, his kids, and a game of cards.
