Dr. Matt is certified to conduct DOT physical exams for commercial drivers, including trucks, semis and school buses.
Chapter 01
Who this is for
This service is for commercial drivers who need a DOT physical on file: truck drivers, semi drivers, and school bus drivers. It is a routine requirement for the job, not something specific to one type of route.
Drivers coming in from out of state or passing through Bismarck for work are welcome the same as local patients. The exam does not require an ongoing relationship with the office first.

The certification
Dr. Matt is certified to conduct DOT physical exams for commercial drivers.
That certification is what allows him to sign off on the exam itself, so a driver leaves with a completed physical rather than a referral to go get one somewhere else.

Booking one
Call the office to set up a DOT physical. The office is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
It is closed Saturday and Sunday, so plan the visit for one of those weekday windows.
